    【摘要】目的：分析全科护理在医院护理中的应用价值。方法：选取2020年4月—2022年4月期间在我院治疗的102例患者，按照随机分组原则，将其分为两组。对照组(n=51)应用常规护理，观察组(n=51)在此基础上应用全科护理。比较两组患者的护理质量、心理状态及护理满意度。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者基础护理、专科护理、护患沟通、健康宣教与康复保健的护理质量评分均更高，差异明显(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组患者的焦虑(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分更低，差异明显(P<0.05)；观察组的护理满意率为98.04%，对照组为86.27%，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：在医院护理中实施全科护理能够提高护理质量，缓解患者不良心理状态，患者护理满意度更高，更符合现代护理理念，值得推广。
