    【摘要】目的：分析临床护理老年哮喘患者期间，予以舒适护理服务的应用价值探究。方法：本次研究选取我院呼吸内科临床诊治老年患者42例作为分析对象，研究时间为2020年9月—2022年8月，收集相关分析数据，并拟定出研究计划，将临床护理服务作为分组标准，研究组予以舒适护理，对照组予以基础护理，每组患者人数为21例，分析两组护理满意度、患者心理情绪、护理质量与生活质量等。结果：经研究，对照组患者护理满意度(76.19%)与研究组(100.00%)相比较低(P<0.05)。护理后，研究组患者心理情绪改善效果与对照组相比较优(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量与对照组相比较为优异(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量与对照组相比更好，组间开展比较分析差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理老年患者哮喘症状期间，予以舒适护理服务，应用价值较高，能够改善患者心理情绪，提高患者生活质量，值得临床广泛推荐使用。
