    【摘要】目的：探讨加强卫生保健对学生预防呼吸道传染病的作用。方法：选取我校学生80例，随机数字表法进行分组，对照组使用常规卫生保健，研究組使用加强卫生保健。比较两组学生的满意度、掌握预防呼吸道传染病知识的情况、在接受干预后2周及4周内发生呼吸道传染病的概率。结果：相较于对照组，研究组满意度显著更高(P<0.05)、知识掌握情况显著更好(P<0.05)、与发生呼吸道传染病的概率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论：对学生使用加强卫生保健，可显著降低学生发生呼吸道传染病的风险及概率，提升学生对相关知识的掌握情况和满意度。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the role of strengthening health care in the prevention of respiratory infectious diseases among students.
