    【摘要】目的：分析在小儿鼻窦炎治疗期间选用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂所呈现效果。方法：基于研究目的展开前瞻性试验，从我院2019年10月—2022年10月间接收的鼻窦炎患儿中随机选取121例纳入研究中，经随机数字表法将上述对象划入到两个小组中-对照组(60例)、观察组(61例)，分别采用常规方案治疗、联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。观察并记录两组治疗情况，据此完成相关指标对比分析。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，且主要症状消失用时短于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在小儿鼻窦炎治疗中，常规方案基础上联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗可增强疗效，促进患儿康复速度，且安全性较高，值得在临床实际相关治疗工作开展期间积极运用。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of pediatric sinusitis. Methods： Based on the research purpose， a prospective trial was conducted. A total of 121 children with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly selected and included in the study. The above subjects were divided into two groups by random number table method - control group (60 cases) and observation group (61 cases).
