    【摘要】经外周穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)作为临床中多用的一种辅助治疗操作，为在其外周手臂实施静脉刺穿，把导管直接的传送到其心脏静脉位置。此操作技术较为便利和简单，能够有效地规避药物直接的和静脉接触，同时静脉位置血流速度亦会明显的加快，进而降低药物刺激血管程度，对静脉炎等诸多并发症积极的预防，亦可降低患者的疼痛感。因為此操作具备诸多的优势，使其在新生儿科室中运用广泛，但是PICC若是运用的时间长，会容易出现堵管问题，使得非计划性拔管事件出现的风险加大，对治疗的效果产生不良的影响。所以需明确PICC导管堵管的因素，后针对相关问题制定出有针对性的预防护理策略。
