穿心莲内酯滴丸联合莫西沙星治疗细菌性肺炎36例临床用药观察

【摘要】目的：观察穿心莲内酯滴丸联合盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液(以下简称莫西沙星)应用于细菌性肺炎中的臨床效果和不良反应。方法：将72例患者随机分为观察组和治疗组，各36例，治疗组给予莫西沙星注射液，观察组在治疗组基础上给予穿心莲内酯滴丸口服，比较两组患者用药后的临床症状改善时间、化验室指标的数值、疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组患者症状改善时间短于治疗组(P0.05)。结论：穿心莲内酯滴丸联合莫西沙星治疗细菌性肺炎能有效缓解患者的临床症状，起效快，效果好，是临床和基层医院的首选。
