【摘要】目的：探讨肝肿瘤HAIC治疗患者行心理护理后对其生活质量的临床影响。方法：选择100例肝肿瘤患者，来源自2022年1月—2022年12月，所有患者均开展HAIC治疗，抽签分组为每组50例，实验组行心理护理，对照组行常规护理，比较实验组和对照组患者的生活质量评分以及护理满意度评分。结果：实验组的生活质量GQOLI-74评分均明显更高，护理满意度评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论：肝肿瘤患者实施HAIC治疗以及心理护理的效果显著，可以促进患者的生活质量、护理满意度均明显提升。

    Effect of psychological nursing on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with liver cancer treated with HAIC

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing on the quality of life of patients with liver tumor treated with HAIC. Methods：100 patients with liver tumor were selected from January 2022 to December 2022， all of whom were given HAIC treatment， with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group received psychological nursing， and the control group received routine nursing.
