【摘要】目的：探究和总结胃肠外营养液的配置注意事项，以提高胃肠外营养液的配置质量。方法：选择我院静脉配置中心自2022年1月—2022年12月配置的3000袋胃肠外营养液作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组1500袋，对照组采用常规模式配置，观察组采用强化配置注意事项模式配置，主要做好配置前准备注意事项管理、胃肠外营养液配置过程中的注意事项管理、注意保持脂肪乳注射液稳定性、注意磷酸盐和钙的加入顺序、注意减少维生素降解、注意胃肠外营养液配置后的存储环境和时间，对比两组胃肠外营养液配置差错事件发生率、引发的输液不良反应发生率。结果：观察组胃肠外营养液配置差错事件发生率、引发的输液不良反应发生率低于对照组，两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在胃肠外营养液配置过程中做好营养液配置注意事项管理，能降低胃肠外营养液配置差错事件发生率与输液不良反应发生率。
