【摘要】目的：探讨叙事护理联合共情护理在中老年脑梗死患者康复中的应用。方法：选取2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的中老年脑梗死患者97例，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组49例，观察组48例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予叙事护理联合共情护理。比较两组心理状态和生活质量评分。结果：干预后，观察组心理状态评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：叙事护理联合共情护理在中老年脑梗死患者康复中的应用效果显著，不仅可以改善患者的心理状态，还能提升患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。
