【摘要】目的：分析静脉采血检测与末梢采血检测在糖尿病患者临床血糖检测中的应用效果。方法：随机选取本次研究合作单位于2020年7月—2021年9月收治的糖尿病患者170例为研究对象。对所有患者均行末梢采血检测与静脉采血检测。检测结束后，分别统计170例患者末梢采血检测的结果为末梢采血组，统计170例患者静脉采血检测的结果为静脉采血组。分别统计患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及餐后6h血糖情况。结果：末梢采血组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及餐后6h血糖数值均略低于静脉采血组，差异不显著，不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)；末梢采血组所检测的空腹血糖情况、餐后2h血糖情况及餐后6h血糖情况与静脉采血组所检测出的空腹血糖情况、餐后2h血糖情况及餐后6h血糖情况均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论：末梢采血检测与静脉采血检测均能较为充分地实现血糖检测的目的，差异较小。末梢采血检测的检验速度较快，静脉采血检测的稳定性较好，且检测结果能够再现。因而，在临床检测中，结合不同的临床需求，选用不同的检测方式，能较为充分地满足检测目的，为临床诊断与治疗提供一定的支持。
