【摘要】目的：观察运动康复保护心肌梗死患者心脏的价值。方法：选取临床心肌梗死患者72例(2021年3月—2022年9月)，随机分为运动康复的观察组(36例)与常规康复的对照组(36例)。比较两组心功能、心脏不良事件发生率及生活质量。结果：治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组心功能改善好，心脏不良事件发生率低，生活质量评分高，P<0.05。结论：给予心肌梗死患者运动康复能改善心功能，降低心脏不良事件发生率，促进生活质量的提升，值得借鉴。
