【摘要】目的：探讨髓内钉联合空心螺钉固定术与传统钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折对患者膝关节功能评分的影响。方法：选取2021年3月—2022年12月收治的92例胫骨中下段骨折患者，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各46例。对照组行传统钢板内固定术，研究组行髓内钉联合空心螺钉固定术。比较两组患者膝关节功能评分。结果：术前，两组膝关节功能评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)；术后1及3个月，两组膝关节功能评分均高于术前，研究组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于胫骨中下段骨折的患者而言，髓内钉联合空心螺钉固定术治疗效果优于传统钢板内固定术，对提高患者膝关节的功能有很大的帮助。
