【摘要】目的：分析CT和DR两种方法诊断隐匿性骨折的准确性和临床价值。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年1月期间因疑似隐匿性骨折来院就诊的100例患者，先后为所有患者采取DR检查和CT检查。对比两种方法的诊断准确率、误诊漏诊率、特异度、灵敏度、诊断时间以及诊断费用。结果：CT检查的诊断准确率(100.00%)比DR检查(88.00%)高，误诊漏诊率(0.00%)比DR检查(12.00%)低，P<0.05。CT检查的特异度(100.00%)与DR检查(100.00%)相近，P>0.05；CT检查的灵敏度(100.00%)比DR检查(87.76%)高，P<0.05。CT检查诊断时间比DR检查长，诊断费用比DR检查高，P<0.05。结论：虽然CT对隐匿性骨折有较高的诊断费用和较长的诊断时间，但诊断准确率及灵敏度更高，CT临床价值更高。
