【摘要】目的：探讨不同内镜治疗方案下黏膜切除术对肠息肉进行治疗的效果。方法：选择2021年8月—2022年10月在我院就诊的100例肠息肉患者作为研究对象，用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与实验组(50例)。为对照组患者实施内镜下黏膜切除术，实验组患者则采用内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和并发症的情况。结果：实验组的手术时间和住院时间明显比对照组更短，且术中出血量显著少于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组并发症的总发生率为8.00%，明显低于对照组的24.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：内镜下黏膜剥离术在治疗肠息肉方面表现出了比内镜下黏膜切除术更优的效果，其能够减少机体的并发症，优化手术指标并提高患者的生活质量，值得推广。
