【摘要】目的：研究慢性肾衰竭(CRF)联合使用肾康注射液和复方α-酮酸治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择2021年3月—2022年11月84例住院CRF患者进行研究，遵照随机数表法分成两组，常规组42例予肾康注射液治疗，研究组42例在常规组基础上加用复方α-酮酸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肾功能指标和炎症因子水平。结果：治疗后，研究组总有效率较常规组高，有明显差异性(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组肾功能指标比较差异性显著(P<0.05)；治疗后，常规组炎症因子水平高于研究组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：CRF联合应用肾康注射液和复方α-酮酸治疗能提高疗效、改善肾功能及抑制炎症反应，适合进一步推广。
