【摘要】目的：观察在急性上消化道出血患者中使用生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年1月在我院进行治疗的92例急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，通过随机抽签法将其分成对照组(n=46，使用艾司奥美拉唑)与观察组(n=46，使用生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑)。比较两组患者的凝血功能指标、炎性因子指标和治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组凝血功能指标和治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组炎性因子指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在急性上消化道出血患者中使用生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑可以提高其凝血功能和治疗效果，减轻炎症反应。
