【摘要】目的：分析和探讨药剂科对医院不合理用药的情况采取药学干预的临床价值。方法：按照是否进行药学干预分组。对照组研究时间段是2020年1月—2020年12月，没有进行药学干预；观察组研究时间段是2021年1月—2021年12月，实施了药学干预。两组患者均为各时间段内随机抽取的50例，对100例患者的临床用药情况展开分析和比较。结果：观察组门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例、住院患者抗菌药物使用率和用药频率显著低于对照组，组间差异性较大，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论：药剂科在医院不合理用药的情况下采取药学干预措施可显著性改善患者的用药状况，将医院药品管理的质量进行显著性提升，使患者的用药更加合理安全，有重要的临床作用。
