【摘要】目的：探讨在甲亢治疗中应用普萘洛尔与甲巯咪唑联合用药方案的效用。方法：研究中共选取142例患者进行对比实验，采取盲抽方式进行分组，对照组与观察组各71例患者，前者应用甲巯咪唑单一用药方法，后者在此基础上联合普萘洛尔进行治疗，对两组实际应用效果进行评价。结果：经实验结果表明，观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与此同时，治疗前，两组患者甲状腺激素水平比较基本无差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组甲状腺激素各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于对照组，观察组不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论：普萘洛尔与甲巯咪唑联合治疗甲亢不仅可以有效改善患者甲状腺激素水平，还能最大程度降低并发症发生率，提升整体治疗效果，具有一定的推广价值。
