【摘要】目的：探讨老年慢阻肺患者实施优质护理后对患者的肺功能和生活质量的效果。方法：抽取我院收治的慢阻肺患者96例，根据护理方案分为两组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施优质护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者的肺功能情况以及生活质量的各项评分明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对于老年慢阻肺的患者实施优质护理能够改善患者的肺功能，提高患者的生活质量。
