【摘要】目的：分析在脑出血术后患者的护理中实施误吸高危评估导引式专项护理对误吸发生风险的影响。方法：选择2022年2月—2023年2月我院神经外科收治的脑出血术后患者80例作为研究样本，通过双盲法分入到实验组与参照组当中，各40例，参照组接受常规护理，实验组接受误吸高危评估导引式专项护理，比较两组患者的护理质量评分(护理理念、风险评估、护理效果及护理内容)以及误吸发生率。结果：实验组患者的护理质量评分比参照组明显较高，差异明显(P<0.05)；实验组误吸发生率比参照组更低(P<0.05)。结论：在脑出血术后患者中采用误吸高危评估导引式专项护理可根据患者的评估结果实施针对性护理措施，提升科室护理质量，降低误吸发生率，值得推广。
