【摘要】目的：探究心理护理联合舒适护理在肾功能衰竭血液透析患者护理中的应用价值。方法：选取2019年5月—2021年5月期间在我院进行血液透析的56例肾功能衰竭患者，根据患者入院单号的奇偶数分为对照组(n=28，常规护理)和研究组(n=28，心理护理联合舒适护理)，对比两组患者心理状态评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果：护理后，研究组患者心理状态及生活质量评分明显要优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对于肾功能衰竭血液透析患者，心理护理联合舒适护理有效改善患者心理状态及生活质量，降低不良反应发生率。
