【摘要】目的：探究延续性护理对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的生活质量的具体影响。方法：选取2019年4月—2021年4月间本院收治的100例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者，按照数字排序法分成对照组(常规护理)与观察组(延续性护理)，每组50例。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及生活质量评分。结果：护理后，观察组的临床总有效率及生活质量各项评分显著高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：延续性护理对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者生活质量有着积极影响，值得推广。
