【摘要】目的：分析阿司匹林联合低分子肝素对复发性自然流产患者孕期血液流变学变化、妊娠结局的影响。方法：选择我院于2021年7月—2023年7月期间收治的60例复发性自然流产患者，按照个人自愿分组原则分为对照组(30例，采用黄体酮治疗)和治疗组(30例，实施阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗)。比较两组孕期血液流变学变化和妊娠结局。结果：治疗组激素水平明显优于对照组，治疗组孕期血液流变学指标和不良妊娠结局发生率均明显低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对复发性自然流产患者实施阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗，可显著改善孕期血液流变学指标，提高激素水平，减少不良妊娠结局，有较高的应用价值。
