【摘要】目的：探析予以初产妇的群体产后延续性心理韧性以及情志护理结合方案干预的应用价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年11月进入产科分娩的初产妇145例为研究对象，以随机数字表法分成观察组(n=74)与对照组(n=71)。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上联合延续性心理韧性及情志护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理韧性(CD-RISC)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果：干预后，两组患者CD-RISC中坚韧性、乐观性、力量各方面评分均较干预前提高，且观察组具体得分高于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，两组SAS及SDS评分相较于干预前均下降，且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在初产妇的产后护理干预中，延续性心理韧性配合情志护理干预能提高初产妇的心理韧性水平，缓解产妇焦虑及抑郁不良情绪，值得推广。
