【摘要】目的：评价中医推拿结合针灸应用于神经根型颈椎病治疗的效果。方法：选取我院门诊接收的90例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和研究组，各45例，对照组实施针灸治疗，研究组实施中医推拿结合针灸治疗。观察对比两组的临床症状积分、疼痛评分以及治疗效率。结果：治疗后，研究组的各临床症状积分同对照组相比更低(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中医推拿联合针灸方案在治疗神经根型颈椎病中可获取理想的成效，使得患者临床症状和肩颈疼痛得到改善，具有确切的疗效。
