【摘要】目的：分析中医情志护理法在肛肠手术中的价值。方法：采用随机分组方式将我院2021年8月—2022年8月临床收治的102例肛肠疾病患者分为对照组和观察组，在对两组患者进行护理的过程中分别采用常规方式以及中医情志护理方式进行护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果：手术中，观察组患者血压及心率上升幅度更小(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组SAS及SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中医情志护理法能进一步稳定患者情绪，提高患者治疗信心，值得临床优先使用。
