【摘要】目的：分析在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)手术患儿交接中应用标准化沟通模式(SBAR)理论的临床价值。方法：纳入本院2022年1月—2023年3月期间NICU手术患儿68例，将其按照手术时间划分为两组。将2022年1月—2022年10月期间34例患儿纳入对照组，实施传统交接班模式；将2022年11月—2023年3月期间34例患儿纳入观察组，实施SBAR理论下交接班模式。比较两组交接班问题发生率、交接班时间、交接护士满意度、患儿家属满意度、不良护理事件以及交接护士病情了解度。结果：观察组交接班问题发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组交接班时间比较无统计差异(P>0.05)。观察组交接护士满意度以及患儿家属满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良护理事件发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组交接护士对患儿病情了解程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在NICU手术患儿交接中应用SBAR理论可降低交接班问题发生率及不良护理事件发生率，并可提升交接护士对患儿病情了解程度，获得交接班护士与患儿家属的认可，可推广。
