【摘要】目的：探究预防性护理对ICU脑出血术后患者的影响。方法：本次研究开始于2021年12月，结束于2022年10月，以该期间到我院ICU接受手术治疗的脑出血患者展开研究，总例数为60例，采用电脑抽号法将所有患者分为观察组、对照组，对观察组(n=30)实施预防性护理，对对照组(n=30)实施常规护理，对比两组接受不同护理措施后的差异性。结果：观察组患者的生活质量、有效率更高于对照组，观察组患者的并发症发生率以及肺部感染发生率更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：预防性护理对ICU脑出血术后患者具有积极的影响力，值得广泛应用。
