    【摘要】总结1例心尖肥厚型心肌病患者通过叙事护理策略解决社会-心理困扰的护理体会。本文利用叙事护理(通过Say hello again及外化技术)、认知疗法和患者深入的访谈和陪伴，通过制定短期以及长期计划与患者进行访谈、听取患者讲述疾病故事，鼓励当事人客体化或拟人化自己深受其苦的问题，与患者建立良好的护患关系，耐心倾听患者的倾诉，并给予回应。帮助患者重新构建生活或疾病故事的意义，运用陪伴技巧或非语言沟通技巧来表达对患者的关怀和支持，鼓励患者表达、协助患者确认焦虑的来源，使患者说出自己内心的苦闷和纠结点，并与患者共同讨论缓解焦虑的方法。采用健康问卷-9项(PHQ-9)、广泛焦虑问卷7项(GAD-7)量表对患者干预前后的心理健康进行评估。通过叙事护理，患者心情转变和不舒服症状得到明显减轻，发作次数也减少。
