    【摘要】目的：探讨改良早期预警评分在消化道出血患者治疗流程中的应用效果。方法：随机对本院收治的消化道出血患者进行选取，共300例，随机方法分为对照组和观察组，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组根据改良早期预警评分进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组SAS评分和SDS评分更低(P<0.05)；治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组治疗满意度评分更高(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组住院时间短于对照组，再次出血次数和出血量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于消化道出血患者，根据改良早期预警评分进行治疗的效果显著，值得临床推广和使用。
