    【摘要】目的：探讨Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗破裂宽颈颅内动脉瘤及对神经功能及预后的影响。方法：回顾性分析2020年10月—2022年10月本院收治的60例破裂宽颈颅内动脉瘤患者资料，根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为A组(n=30，单纯弹簧圈栓塞治疗)与B组(n=30，Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗)，比较两组术后即刻栓塞效果、并发症、神经功能以及预后情况。结果：两组术后即刻栓塞总有效率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)；两组并发症发生率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)；B组mRS评分明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论：在破裂宽颈颅内动脉瘤的栓塞治疗中，无论采用单纯弹簧圈还是Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈均能达到一定的栓塞效果，但支架的应用在改善患者神经功能和预后恢复上优势更大。
