    【摘要】目的：研究疾控中心微生物检验中持续质量改进措施的应用效果。方法：选取我院于2019年1月—2020年12月期间接收的562例微生物检验标本，将其分为实验组和对照组，各281例。对照组按照常规方法进行微生物检验，实验组采取持续质量改进措施。对比两组患者检验结果准确率、检测效率及检测时间；对比两组患者对检验结果的满意程度；对比两组管理质量评分情况。结果：实验组的检验结果准确率和检测效率高于对照组，检测时间短于对照组，P<0.05。实验组患者对检验结果的满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。实验组各项管理质量评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：持续质量改进措施能够为疾控中心微生物检验提供积极帮助，值得推广运用。
