    【摘要】目的：分析综合护理干预对肺结核合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2022年11月—2023年3月期间我院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者68例为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=34，常规护理)和观察组(n=34，综合护理)。比较两组血糖水平、痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率和生活质量。结果：护理前，两组血糖水平均相当(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组痰菌转阴率与病灶吸收率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前，两组SF-36评分均相当(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可改善肺结核合并糖尿病患者的血糖水平，显著提高其痰菌转阴率和病灶吸收率，从而显著提升其生活质量，应用价值较高。
