    【摘要】目的：分析集束化护理预防重症医学科患者发生失禁性皮炎的效果。方法：选取我院重症医学科2020年1月—2022年12月收治的85例患者，随机将其分成对照组和观察组。前者开展常规护理，后者实施集束化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，失禁性皮炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前，两组患者生活质量各维度评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；护理后，两组生活质量各维度评分均升高，且观察组生活质量各维度评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：对重症医学科患者而言，集束化护理对失禁性皮炎的预防效果较好。
