    【摘要】目的：分析针对慢阻肺患者恢复期脱离双水平气道正压通气呼吸机后使用心理护理与呼吸功能锻炼的临床效果。方法：选取2020年2月-2021年2月期间在我院接受慢阻肺治疗后脱离BIPAP的80例患者，按照入院时间先后顺序将其分为实验组和对照组，每组40例，对照组的患者实施常规护理干预，实验组则采取心理护理和呼吸功能锻炼措施，比较两组患者的护理满意度、心理评分以及并发症发生情况。结果：对照组总满意度显著低于实验组，实验组护理后的心理评分远远优于对照组，对照组的患者出现并发症的概率高于实验组，两组数据之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予慢阻肺恢复期患者实施心理护理结合呼吸功能锻炼的临床效果和满意度较高，最大程度地减少并发症的发生，有效改善患者的心理情绪，值得临床应用。
