    【摘要】目的：探讨整体护理在护理中的实践与思考。方法：抽取我院收治的50例患者进行研究，根据护理方案分为两组，每组25例。对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施整体护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者护理总满意度、护理质量评分、心理状态评分、护理风险事件及护患纠纷发生率均优于对照组，P<0.05。观察组护理人员各项考核成绩评分高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在护理工作中实施整体护理干预能够提高整体的护理质量，促进护理工作的进步和发展。
