    【摘要】目的：分析將健康教育应用在脂肪肝患者临床护理中的有效性及意义。方法：选取我院于2021年4月—2022年5月时间段内收治的脂肪肝患者，收录该时段68例样本，用密封信封抽选法分组。常规组(34例)施以常规护理，在此基础上，实验组(34例)施以健康教育。观察和比较两组肝功能指标、血脂指标、健康知识掌握程度以及遵医状况。结果：干预后，实验组的AST为(35.28±13.26)U/L、ALT为(44.71±12.15)U/L、LDL-C为(3.02±1.15)mmol/L、HDL-C为(1.08±0.31)mmol/L、TG为(2.02±1.05)mmol/L、TC为(5.11±1.38)mmol/L，均比常规组要低(P<0.05)。实验组的健康知识掌握度(94.12%)相较于常规组(76.47%)要高(P<0.05)。干预后，实验组的健康饮食评分为(23.05±0.85)分、坚持运动评分为(21.08±1.06)分、正确服药评分为(22.48±0.96)分、生活习惯健康评分为(22.87±0.62)分，均比常规组的要高(P<0.05)。结论：将健康教育应用于脂肪肝患者临床护理当中可获得理想效果，对提高患者健康知识掌握程度和遵医行为有积极作用，有助于改善患者肝功能，有推广意义。
