    【摘要】目的：探究硝苯地平聯合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法：取2021年9月—2022年9月我院收治的妊娠高血压患者30例，采用数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组15例。对照组采用硫酸镁进行治疗，观察组采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗，以比较治疗效果。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗有效性更高，经治疗后，患者的不良妊娠结局得以改善，血压指标以及尿蛋白水平更好(P<0.05)。结论：针对妊娠高血压患者，采取硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗的效果更优，患者的治疗有效性有明显的提升，且患者治疗后血压水平和尿蛋白水平得到改善，治疗优势突出，可在临床大量推广。
