    【摘要】目的：观察针对门急诊输液患儿构建实施优质护理模式的效果，并重点探析这一模式对穿刺成功率与护理满意度的影响。方法：根据纳排标准选取此次临床对照试验的研究对象。研究对象源自本院门急诊于2022年1月—2022年12月期间接纳的行输液治疗的患儿，选取例数为100例。对100例患儿进行编号，以Excel为分组工具将其分为对照组与观察组，每组均由50例患儿组成，前者采取常规护理，后者采取优质护理。结果：与对照组相比，观察组的穿刺成功率与护理满意度均更高，且统计学计算结果提示这两项数据存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺技巧、沟通水平、服务态度、健康宣教、及时监管的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组输液中不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对门急诊输液患儿构建实施优质护理模式的效果良好，值得推广。
