    【摘要】目的：分析血液透析患者在治疗过程中的“认知障碍”“ 日常行为能力”等变化情况。方法：选择我院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的310例血液透析病人，通过多元逐步回归分析方法，分析患者认知障碍与异常行为能力之间的关联因素，比对数据值之间的差异性。结果：患者简易精神状态(MMSE)、日常生活能力评定等有正向关联因素。结论：血液透析患者认知障碍与日常行为能力等，与患者的身体机能以及MMSE评分指标等有密切关联。血液透析病人的认知能力，可影响患者的语言能力、注意力、计算力，导致患者出现记忆力衰退以及某些特定的行为障碍。
