【摘要】目的：观察对子宫内膜异位症痛经患者实施温通止痛汤治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择我院于2022年1月—2022年12月期间收治的76例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者，随机将其分为对照组(38例，采用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗)和观察组(38例，实施温通止痛汤治疗)，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组神经生长因子、前列腺素E、前列腺素F2、内膜包块体积、子宫体积以及症状积分均明显低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：对子宫内膜异位症痛经患者实施温通止痛汤治疗的效果更佳，可显著降低激素水平，缩小子宫及包块体积，从而缓解临床症状，并且不会明显增加不良反应，有较高的应用价值。
