【摘要】目的：通过对0～6岁学龄前儿童铁蛋白结果的研究分析，指导儿童贫血的预防和治疗。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年7月儿童保健门诊进行健康体检的儿童共480例，根据血清铁蛋白水平将儿童分为实验组(n=229)和对照组(n=251)，比较两组各项指标。结果：实验组母乳喂养率及早产率明显高于对照组，出生体重≥2500g占比明显低于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组体格发育水平差于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组Hb明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组MCV比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论：铁蛋白水平的检测可以及时发现及预防铁缺乏症的发生，并指导临床医生及时采用合理的干预措施，从而降低儿童贫血的发生率。
