【摘要】目的：研析在女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中磁共振与超声诊断的准确率。方法：收集2021年2月—2023年12月我院接收的70例女性盆腔囊性病变患者，均进行磁共振与超声诊断，比较不同诊断方式的诊断准确率以及不同类型盆腔囊性病变检出率。结果：相较于单独诊断，磁共振与超声联合诊断的准确率更高(P<0.05)。结论：女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中，磁共振与超声联合诊断的准确率更高，更有应用价值。
