【摘要】目的：研究经皮椎体成形术对老年胸腰椎骨折患者的治疗效果及对脊柱功能的影响。方法：选取60例老年胸腰椎骨折患者进行研究，随机将其分为对照组(n=30，切开复位内固定)和研究组(n=30，经皮椎体成形术)。比较两组的手术指标、并发症、疼痛程度、康复情况及脊柱功能。结果：与对照组相比，研究组出血量更少，并发症发生率更低，手术时间与住院时间更短(P<0.05)。术后6个月，两组椎体前缘高度与后凸Cobb角比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后，研究组VAS评分与ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：经皮椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰椎骨折可减少并发症，利于脊柱功能的改善，值得推广。
