【摘要】目的：探讨与分析高原高海拔地区红细胞悬液的应用价值。方法：选择医院2021年10月—2023年12月输血治疗的74例高原高海拔地区患者为研究对象，根据随机信封抽签法将74例患者分为研究组与对照组，每组37例。对照组给予新鲜冰冻血浆输注，研究组给予红细胞悬液输注，记录两组的输血安全性与有效性。结果：输血3d后，两组凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time，PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time，APTT)较输血前均明显缩短(P<0.05)，且研究组的凝血酶原时间与活化部分凝血活酶时间都显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的非溶血性发热性输血反应发生率为0.00%，显著低于对照组的10.81%(P<0.05)。结论：高原高海拔地区人群输血中红细胞悬液的应用能缩短患者的凝血酶原时间与活化部分凝血活酶时间，也可降低非溶血性发热性输血反应发生率。
