【摘要】目的：研析mALB水平与HbA1c水平在糖尿病肾病患者中的价值。方法：选取2023年1月—2023年12月我院收治的120例糖尿病肾病患者(轻度肾损伤41例，中度肾损伤38例，重度肾损伤41例)、120例糖尿病非肾病患者以及120例健康体检者(对照组)，均行血糖及肾功能检验，对比各指标水平。结果：糖尿病肾病组与对照组mALB水平与HbA1c水平比较存在差异(P<0.05)；糖尿病肾病组与糖尿病非肾病组mALB水平与HbA1c水平比较存在差异(P<0.05)。在120例糖尿病肾病患者中，不同程度肾损伤mALB水平与HbA1c水平比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：对糖尿病肾病患者检验mALB水平与HbA1c水平是有价值的。

    Analysis of mALB and HbA1c levels in diabetic nephropathy patients

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the value of mALB and HbA1c levels in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods：120 patients with diabetic nephropathy (41 cases with mild renal injury，38 cases with moderate renal injury，41 cases with severe renal injury)，120 patients with diabetic non-nephropathy and 120 cases with healthy physical examination (the control group) admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.Blood glucose and kidney function were tested to compare the levels of various indicators.Results：There were differences in the levels of mALB and HbA1c between the diabetic nephropathy group and the control group(P<0.05)；There were differences in mALB and HbA1c levels between the diabetic nephropathy group and the diabetic non-nephropathy group (P<0.05).In 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy ......
