【摘要】目的：探究盐酸纳美芬辅助血液灌流对镇静催眠类药物中毒老年患者格拉斯哥昏迷量表(Glasgow coma scale，GCS)评分及康复情况的影响。方法：选取2020年1月—2022年2月本院诊治的98例镇静催眠类药物中毒老年患者，按随机数表法将其分为两组，对照组行常规治疗与盐酸纳美芬治疗，研究组行常规治疗与盐酸纳美芬联合血液灌流治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，研究组患者GCS评分、生理指标、康复情况及治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：盐酸纳美芬联合血液灌流治疗可有效改善镇静催眠类药物中毒老年患者的中毒症状，较快恢复生命体征， 提高治疗总有效率，值得进一步推广。
