【摘要】对1例骨盆多发性骨折合并肱骨干骨折患者的中西医结合护理经验进行总结。2021年4月，我院急诊科接诊1例骨盆多发性骨折合并肱骨干骨折，并伴髂腰肌血肿、腹膜后血肿、阴道前穹窿裂伤和桡神经损伤的患者，经急诊科补液、有效止血及骨盆外固定等处理后行急诊手术，术后在ICU及骨科继续治疗。住院期间在一般护理的基础上给予中西医结合护理，未发生严重并发症，住院治疗55 d后顺利出院。
