【摘要】目的：总结1例高龄II度重型子宫脱垂患者全盆底重建的围手术期护理经验。方法：经过市、区两级团队的协作诊治，完备的术前检查，充分的术前沟通，熟练的手术操作；术后实施个体化快速康复方案，积极预防并发症。结果：经过积极的诊治和精心的护理，患者术后第5d出院，随访状况良好。结论：本个案的患者不仅快速康复，还有效避免了术后并发症的发生。
