【摘要】目的：分析护理质量持续改进对子宫肌瘤患者护理效果的影响。方法：选取本院2021年1月—2023年10月收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，以随机法将其分组，每组40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予质量持续改进护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：相较于对照组，观察组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分与VAS评分更低，观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、首次肛门排便时间、首次进食时间以及住院时间更短，观察组护理满意度更高，P<0.05。结论：子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理中应用质量持续改进护理的效果显著，临床可推广应用。
